Frames: 1 to 2 years on manufacturer’s defect.
Lens Coatings: 1 to 2 years on scratches or crazing (coating separating from the lens) from normal use; lenses can be replaced once during warranty period.
Maintenance on New Eyeglass: regularly scheduled or as needed visits to trouble shoot any problems plus frame maintenance for six months or three visits whichever comes first.
Listed lens prices include anti-reflective coating and a 2 year warranty. Cheaper lenses are available but not recommended unless there is a specific need. Most frames come with a one or two year manufactures defect warranty. Receive a case and cleaning cloth with purchases. $25.00 call-out-fee may be charged when the kilometers traveled meet or exceed the cost of services rendered.

OptimEyes Mobile Optician recommends that all people visit their Optometrist regularly. People under the age of 19 and over the age of 65 should see their Optometrist at least once per calendar year.
